Started during 1992 by the support of Central social welfare board. Since from 25 yrs it is providing justice to women in distress and solving problems of matrimonial disputes free of cost.
It is 24×7 women help line sponsored by Department of Women and Child development Bangalore. It was introduced in the year 2000. Since 18 yrs it was providing quick services to the victims of dowry atrocities, Physical mental and sexual harassment and exploitation
The result of the college has been very much encouraging as our students are topping the list of successful candidates. Apart from class room studies the students were sent to different agencies to have a micro study of agencies like Various Govt departments, prisons, factories, Correctional institutions, public offices and other social work institutions for practical exposures.
The centre is equipped with qualified health staff and providing services like family planning, immunisation, RCH and MCH services, school health check up programmes, TB, HIV, communicable disease control programme etc
This unit mainly work with 3 major interventions like Rescue, Rehabilitation, and Prevention Cum Rehabilitation of trafficked victims

“Nammur Banuli” Community Radio Station It is confined to a small geographical area which covers more than 400 villages of 9 blocks from Belgaum Dist Which covers more than 3 lack population.
Its empowering community people by the way of providing a simple and inexpensive communication tool of mass interaction.
District Consumer Information Centre
The inauguration of the DCIC in Belagavi  is one of the important step to strengthen the consumerism movement in  the District  . The Inauguration function was organised by the district administration in association with Zilla Panchayat, Food and Civil Supplies Department and Women Welfare Society.

It was inaugurated on 17th June 2015. Through DCIC in this  year The Women’s Welfare Society involved in various consumer activities like formation of clubs , consumer awareness programmes in various villages of Hukkeri block, celebration of consumer day , conducting competitions like speech , essay, drawing for school students related to consumer rights & street plays in many places.

Crèches for Children of working & Ailing mothers.
As more women and mothers enter the workforce, child care has become an increasingly important public policy issue. Many families, particularly those with modest incomes, have trouble financing its cost. Poor quality of care is another persistent problem. Low wages for child care workers tend to promote high turnover and inexperienced providers, and a patchwork of state regulations inadequately addresses these concerns. State governments have a number of programs that tackle some of these issues, but many problems still remain unsolved. With regard to this to promote child developmental activities Belagavi District the organization has been running crèches for working mothers in Hukkeri and Belgaum blocks.

The noble object of creche is to provide socialization measures through pre-school education. The children in the age groups of 6 month to 6 yrs are the young recruits into human society, need to be exposed to pre-school activities (school readiness). In addition to this, regular immunization, health checkup have been conducted. Each creche is equipped with play materials teaching aids. In each creche 25 children of BPL families are enrolled. The  creches are run with the financial support of Department of WCD. Every year more than 300 children of working and ailing mothers were Served with pre school education along with nutrition and medical care.

Environment Educational activities.
Environmental awareness programmes in different villages of Belagavi District were organized by the organisation by the coordination with school and college students to sensitize about conservational measures of environment through street play & distributing pamphlets , classroom lecture for students . It gave a wide range of fun , interactive environmental education activities for students.

The BSW & MSW students planted about more than 100 trees in NSS trust’s old age home campus open space in during the year 2016-17 these plantations have been

The organization installed a printing press fully managed by women in unfortunate circumstances. The main object to start press was to provide a placement to these women. The women were trained in printing composing, binding. After training, their services were being utilized in Mahila printing press. The printing press has been getting printing work from government offices, public sectors and corporate bodies. The press is running successfully providing sustainable livelihood to women in unfortunate circumstances.
Vocational training programme for school drop-out youths
This programme is designed to give a second chance to the school dropout youths from the under privileged background. The youths are motivated to learn a skill of their own interest,  most of youths do not complete their education. These youths live in slums under socio economic conditions,  that limits  their thinking and create a feeling of disempowerment to address their own future.

Hence the FVTRS , Bangalore renewed the partnership with our organization for the year                     2016-17 by sanctioning 3 trades.
